Finishes a countdown, appears a new trailer. We all know how that goes. Activision just released the first promotional video of Call of Duty: WWII, that ‘back to the origins» which already played and which develops Sledgehammer. It will be on November 3 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
I am pleased to be able to say, for the first time in several years that I like what I see. It is early to say if the return to the second world war will mean significant changes in the design of the game or to the tone of the script – its makers say Yes and also-, but certainly the aesthetic is much more palatable. Perhaps because we remember many good films set in that same conflict, the good of Josh Duhamel (Danny McCoy in Las Vegas series) looks better the helmet to the exoskeleton.
It seems that the mood of the community, in general, are more or less out there. If we use the same measuring stick that a year ago, when the video to present Infinite Warfare is pissed at the tomb of the poor Bowie and became one of the most negative votes of Youtube videos, the thing will not wrong: 100,000 thumbs up and only 6,000 down, at the time of this writing.
What I will tell, moreover, is a Call of Duty: will have its palomitera campaign, its multiplayer – no jetpacks and without, crossed fingers, camouflage in pink Tiger – and your co-op with Nazi Zombies.
